Welcome to the Jailbreak Trading Network Privacy Policy. For purposes of this policy, “Site” refers to our websites, including https://www.jailbreaktradingnetwork.com and https://www.jailbreaktrading.net. “Service” refers to the Site, our public API at https://api.jailbreaktradingnetwork.com, Discord communities, bots, channels, and related tools. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jailbreak Trading Network. “You” refers to you as a visitor or user.
Please review this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Overview & Agreement
This Privacy Policy describes how Jailbreak Trading Network collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you access or use the Service. It applies together with our Terms of Service, which is incorporated by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents or in context.
This Privacy Policy applies to website browsing, API requests, Discord participation, bot interactions, moderation workflows, advertising technologies when enabled, and any other features we operate in connection with the Service. It does not govern third-party platforms such as Discord, Roblox, Google, or payment processors except to the extent we describe how we interact with them. Those platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
This policy is provided for transparency and contractual notice. It is not legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction; consult a qualified attorney for guidance specific to your location or circumstances.
About Our Data Practices
Jailbreak Trading Network is a fan-run trading reference and community platform. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Minimal collection for browsing: You can browse most value lists, calculators, and tools without creating a Jailbreak Trading Network account.
- Transparent use: We use information to run the Site and API, display community-sourced feeds, keep Discord channels usable, prevent abuse, and improve features over time.
- No sale of personal information: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- User control: You can clear certain browser-stored preferences locally, manage cookies through your browser, adjust Discord privacy settings, and contact us with privacy requests.
Information We Collect
Website and API technical information
When you visit the Site or request data from our API, we and our hosting, CDN, security, and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, request timestamps, browser type, device type, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, approximate region derived from network data, error logs, and security signals.
Browser-local website state
The Site may store certain preferences and cached datasets in your browser using localStorage or similar technologies. This data stays on your device unless you clear it or we change storage keys during an update.
Voluntary submissions
If you email us, submit a support request, report a bug, respond to a survey, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, and attachments.
Discord and community information
If you join or interact with our Discord server, use our bots, post in marketplace channels, submit scammer reports, participate in polls, or use AI-assisted search or moderation workflows, we may process Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, avatars, roles, message content, attachments, links, timestamps, channel identifiers, reactions, and related metadata made available through Discord's platform and our bot integrations.
Community feed data displayed on the Site
Information originally posted in Discord may be transformed into public JSON feeds and website views, including trade advertisements, OG item finder entries, scammer list records, poll summaries, and value-change notes.
Calculator and tool inputs
Some tools process information you enter, such as Roblox usernames, item selections, or inventory entries, to return results. Depending on the tool, those inputs may be sent to our API, processed in your browser, or both.
Advertising and analytics data when enabled
If advertising or analytics partners are enabled, they may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect usage information according to their own policies. See Advertising & Cookies below.
How We Use Information
You agree that we may use collected information for the following purposes:
- Service operations: Serving pages, calculators, charts, item data, community feeds, health checks, search, navigation, and API responses; diagnosing bugs; and maintaining compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Security and abuse prevention: Detecting spam, fraud, scraping, malicious traffic, unauthorized automation, policy violations, and attempts to disrupt the Site, API, Discord server, or bots.
- Community management and moderation: Reviewing reports, enforcing rules, investigating scam allegations, assisting users, coordinating staff actions, and maintaining safe channels.
- Automated and AI-assisted review: Using software tools, including AI-assisted systems, to help detect spam, scams, unsafe behavior, duplicate reports, low-quality submissions, or possible policy violations before or after human review.
- Improving the Service: Analyzing feature usage, message patterns, error rates, listing quality, search behavior, moderation outcomes, and community feedback to improve website design, bot workflows, data quality, value processes, scam review, marketplace usefulness, and overall reliability. This includes using Discord messages and community submissions to improve moderation systems, tooling, and user-facing features.
- Legal and safety obligations: Complying with law, responding to lawful requests, protecting rights and safety, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
- Advertising when enabled: Serving and measuring ads, limiting ad frequency, and honoring consent choices where required.
We do not use Discord message content to sell personal information to unrelated third-party marketers. When we share information, it is for the operational purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We may aggregate or de-identify information so it no longer reasonably identifies you, and we may use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, security, and service improvement without restriction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third-party marketers. We may share information in the circumstances below, always subject to this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and reasonable security practices.
Service providers and infrastructure
We use hosting, CDN, database, analytics, logging, email, moderation tooling, and security vendors to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual or terms-of-service obligations and only for the purposes we authorize — such as serving pages, storing backups, detecting abuse, or delivering notifications.
Discord, Roblox, and integrated platforms
When you use Discord bots, channels, or OAuth features, information flows through Discord's systems under Discord's policies. Roblox identifiers, usernames, or game-related data you share in the community may be visible to other users and processed according to Roblox's terms. We do not control how those platforms handle data once it leaves our direct systems.
Advertising and measurement partners
When advertising is enabled and you consent where required, ad networks may receive device identifiers, cookie data, and coarse usage signals to serve, measure, and limit ads. See the Advertising & Cookies section for details and opt-out links where available.
Legal, safety, and enforcement
- Responding to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement when we believe disclosure is required.
- Protecting the rights, property, or safety of Jailbreak Trading Network, our users, or the public — including investigating fraud, scams, or security incidents.
- Enforcing our Terms of Service, community guidelines, and Discord or Roblox policies, including sharing relevant records with platform trust & safety teams when appropriate.
Aggregated and de-identified data
We may share statistics, trends, or other aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you — for example, total API request volume, popular item pages, or moderation outcome summaries — for analytics, research, security, and service improvement.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to confidentiality obligations and notice where required by law. We will continue to honor this Privacy Policy with respect to transferred information unless you are notified otherwise.
Browser & Local Storage
Without creating a Jailbreak Trading Network account, the Site may still store data locally in your browser for convenience and performance.
- Favorites: Items you favorite for quicker access.
- Recently viewed items: A local history of pages you opened.
- Cached API responses: Copies of VPS data such as core value bundles, history feeds, marketplace listings, OG finder results, and scammer list payloads to reduce load times and API traffic.
- Calculator and UI preferences: Settings such as compare state, calculator options, sound toggles, or display preferences on supported tools.
- Cookie consent choice: Whether you accepted or declined advertising cookies when the consent banner is active.
This local data is generally specific to the browser and device you used. You can remove it by clearing site data or browser storage for our domain. Clearing storage may reset preferences and force fresh downloads from the API.
Advertising & Cookies
Our Service may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure performance, fight abuse, and, when enabled, serve advertising.
Essential and functional technologies
- Security and routing protections operated by our host or CDN.
- Local storage entries that keep the Site usable, such as favorites, cached feeds, and interface preferences.
- Consent-state storage when the cookie banner is active.
Advertising cookies
We may use Google AdSense or another advertising provider to serve display ads and help cover hosting and development costs. When ads are enabled, advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information about visits to this and other websites in order to provide, personalize, limit, or measure ads.
- A cookie-consent banner allows you to accept or decline advertising cookies where required.
- If you decline, ads may still appear but should be less personalized and fewer third-party advertising cookies should be set.
- You can also manage ad personalization through your browser settings and the ad provider's own opt-out tools.
Analytics
We may enable privacy-respecting analytics or traffic measurement tools in the future to understand feature usage and performance. If we do, we will describe the provider and relevant controls in an updated version of this policy.
Do Not Track and similar signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar preference signals. Because industry standards for responding to those signals are not uniform, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still limit tracking through browser cookie controls, ad-partner opt-out tools, and the consent choices presented on the Site when applicable.
Discord Community Privacy
Our Discord community is operated on Discord's platform at https://discord.jailbreaktradingnetwork.com/. Discord processes account and usage information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Community data we may access
We may view and use information you share in our Discord server, including messages, embeds, attachments, links, screenshots, usernames, display names, profile details, roles, reports, and bot command inputs, for community operations, support, moderation, security, analytics, and service improvement.
Moderation and automated review
- Staff and moderators may review channel content to enforce rules and respond to reports.
- Bots may ingest messages from designated channels to power marketplace listings, scammer workflows, value tooling, status monitoring, or search features.
- Automated filters and AI-assisted tools may analyze messages or activity to detect spam, scams, policy violations, duplicate submissions, or unsafe behavior.
- Moderation records, notes, and review outcomes may be retained to prevent repeat abuse and improve future enforcement.
Improving services using Discord content
You understand and agree that Discord messages and related community submissions may be used to improve the Service, not only for live moderation. Examples include tuning automated filters, training or evaluating moderation workflows, improving bot accuracy, refining marketplace ingestion, strengthening scam review processes, identifying broken features, and prioritizing product fixes based on real community usage patterns.
Discord data liability disclaimer
- You control what you send: Any message, file, link, screenshot, or trade detail you post is shared at your discretion and risk. If you do not want information processed or retained, do not post it.
- No guarantee of confidentiality: Content in server channels may be visible to other members, moderators, bots, logging systems, or downstream website feeds.
- No liability for voluntary submissions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, exposure, misuse, or unauthorized access to content you voluntarily share in Discord, whether caused by other users, staff, bots, Discord, or third parties.
- Platform responsibility: We do not control Discord's storage, security, or data processing. Review Discord's privacy settings and policies to manage your risk.
Public Community Data
Certain Discord-origin information is republished on the Site or through our API for community benefit. By posting in designated channels or otherwise submitting content for public workflows, you understand that the information may become visible to anyone on the internet.
- Trade advertisements: Offers, item lists, usernames, and timestamps may appear on the marketplace page.
- OG Item Finder entries: Posts about usernames on items may be indexed and searchable on the Site.
- Scammer list records: Reported usernames, Discord tags, status labels, summaries, and links to supporting evidence may be displayed publicly.
- Value and changelog notes: Community reasoning or summaries may appear in public change feeds or item pages.
Even if you later delete a Discord message, a copy may remain in feeds, backups, moderation logs, or cached website data until those systems are updated or expire.
Third-Party Services
- Discord: Community hosting, authentication, messaging, and bot platform services.
- Roblox / game-related data sources: Public or licensed game telemetry used for demand, circulation, or reference data where available.
- Hosting, CDN, and security providers: Infrastructure that serves the Site and API, stores logs, and helps block malicious traffic.
- Google AdSense or other ad partners: Advertising delivery and measurement when ads are enabled.
- Analytics vendors if enabled: Traffic and feature-usage measurement.
These third parties process information under their own policies. We encourage you to review their privacy terms before using their services through links or embeds on our Site.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- HTTPS encryption for public Site and API traffic.
- Restricted administrative access to production infrastructure where practicable.
- Monitoring, logging, and patching practices appropriate to a community-operated web service.
- Incident response procedures for security issues that affect the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this limitation when using the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, accounts, and credentials on third-party platforms. We disclaim liability for unauthorized access, interception, loss, or alteration of information caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including user error, third-party platform failures, malware on your device, or sophisticated attacks, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If we become aware of a security incident that we believe materially affects personal information we control, we will investigate the matter and may notify affected users, post a notice on the Site, or take other steps we consider appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law. Notification methods may include email, Discord announcements, or website notices depending on the nature of the incident and the contact information available to us.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Server and security logs: Typically retained for months to a few years depending on operational need and storage constraints.
- Browser-local storage: Controlled by your device until you clear it or until we change storage keys during an update.
- Community feeds and public records: May remain visible while still relevant to community safety, marketplace discovery, or historical reference, even if the original Discord message was deleted.
- Support correspondence: Retained long enough to resolve issues and maintain a reasonable support history.
- Advertising or analytics data: Retained according to the applicable vendor's settings when those services are enabled.
- Moderation and safety records: May be retained longer to prevent repeat abuse or protect the community.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, or to receive a portable copy of information you provided.
- Clear browser storage to remove locally saved favorites, history, and cached feeds.
- Adjust cookie settings in your browser and ad-provider opt-out pages.
- Change Discord privacy settings, leave the server, or limit what you post in public channels.

California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to statutory exceptions. European Economic Area, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our lawful bases for processing may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, for non-essential cookies when a consent banner is presented). You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children's Privacy
The Service is directed to a broad gaming-community audience, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by law, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact contact@JailbreakTradingNetwork.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
We strive to follow applicable privacy laws, including COPPA (United States), GDPR (European Union/EEA), and CCPA/CPRA (California), where they apply to our processing activities.

By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your home country, and you consent to that transfer where permitted by law. We take reasonable steps designed to ensure that service providers handling information on our behalf provide appropriate safeguards where required.
If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that U.S. law may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your jurisdiction and that you use the Service at your own choice and risk.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date and may post notice on the Site or in Discord for material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised policy becomes effective signifies your agreement to the updated policy.
